Please read the following before joining the experience.

👟 What to Wear Please wear comfortable shoes, as we'll be walking around Gamcheon Culture Village for approximately 2.5 hours.

🌧️ Rain Policy The experience will still take place in case of rain. Please check the weather forecast and bring an umbrella or raincoat if necessary.

🚻 Restrooms Public restrooms are available around Gamcheon Culture Village.

📱 Phone Photography You're welcome to take photos with your phone during the experience. There are no restrictions on personal photography.

🎞️ About Film Photography Unlike digital photography, film photos cannot be checked, deleted, or retaken immediately. Please also keep in mind that the final image may look slightly different in distance or framing from what you see through the viewfinder. That's part of the fun and unpredictability of shooting on film!

📩 Photo Delivery

📸 Candid Photos by Our Photographer The edited photos taken by our photographer host during the experience will be delivered within 3 days after the event.

🎞️ Your Film Photos The photos taken with your disposable film camera will be developed and scanned after the experience. The process takes approximately 2 weeks on average, and your digital scan files will be sent directly to the email address provided during booking.

📦 Physical Film Physical film is not included in the standard delivery. If you would like to receive your film, please let us know separately. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the delivery destination.

First-Come, First-Served Booking

Busan Photo & Snap is a small-group experience limited to a maximum of 8 participants per session.

Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and may close early once all available spots have been filled.

Because bookings may be received through multiple channels, there may occasionally be a short delay before availability is updated on our website.

If you make a payment after the session has already reached full capacity, your reservation may need to be cancelled. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible and, of course, provide a full refund.

We appreciate your understanding and recommend booking early to secure your spot. 📸

Cancellation & Refunds

Because this experience has only 8 spots per session and preparations are made individually for each participant, including the film camera and photography arrangements, we have a limited cancellation window.

• You may cancel your booking for a full refund within 5 hours of completing your payment.

• After 5 hours from the time of payment, bookings are non-refundable.

• Refunds cannot be provided for cancellations, schedule changes, no-shows, or personal circumstances after the 5-hour cancellation period.

Please double-check the date, starting time, and your availability before completing your reservation.

Cancellation by Busan Social

If Busan Social needs to cancel the experience due to operational reasons or circumstances that prevent the program from taking place, all affected participants will receive a full refund.

Please note that the experience is generally scheduled to proceed even in rainy weather, so rain alone does not automatically qualify for a cancellation or refund.
